I ordered the CJ Pro and I've been loving it. Including a progress bar in the website UI would be a good way to track what stage the guitar is at. I understood that the guitar would take months before it's ready to be sent out but, I did always wonder what stage of the guitar it's in. All the guitarist at my church has been playing the CJ and loving it as well. It's going to see a lot of love from many players!

I love my new guitar. I have owned several electric guitars, but I believe that the CJ is the best I have ever owned. The quality is amazing and the attention to detail is great. It is very easy to play. I can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommended. If anything as a company, maybe offer some merch items (t-shirts, hats, etc...) LOL.

First impression was great. I loved it... It’s been about three weeks since I got the guitar, and my initial impressions remain consistent. I love the craftsmanship—the finish, hardware, and pickups are all fantastic. I’ve received nothing
but compliments on the guitar, both visually and sonically.

Honestly the communication has been great. I believe that having more up close pictures and the current new parts will give the customer a better grasp of what they are getting.

I am loving it! It plays so smooth and it also looks amazing! The craftsmanship is top notch for sure! It is hands down my number 1 guitar!

I haven't had a single issue with the guitar. Its phenomenal! I guess the only thing I could say is maybe some more affordable guitars for those who cant shell out that much money. But again for what they are the price is great so its tough. The whole process was great. Jeff was very helpful and understanding. He helped me through the entire process and when there was a problem he told me about it and gave me the option if I wanted to wait for it to get fixed or send it as is. I appreciate how transparent he was and how fantastic the guitar plays. Sounds amazing too!

Found Citizen on google, purchased the C2, and I love it. I’d love to see some T-shirts or hats, or other options to show off the company. It was a hard decision to order a guitar that was unknown to me. Without the ability to play and see. However after taking a “leap of faith” I ordered it. And I am very happy with the guitar. I love the neck, I have barely played any of my other guitars since getting the C2, and the fact that Citizen is a Christian company makes me happier about the decision to get it.

It’s easily one of my favorite basses to play. The tone is incredible, the action is super low, and the intonation is perfect. Honestly, this has been a very pleasant experience all-around. No complaints here! I’m excited to see what else Jeff comes up with in the future! I’m already ready to order bass number 2!

Order the customer color in matte black. I absolutely love this guitar and it is literally the talk of the people. I always have several people that comment about the look of this guitar. The playability and sound are unlike any guitar I have ever played and the attention to detail and the customer service by Jeff has been unmatched. Citizen is already going above and beyond in its builds and serving church musicians.

The bass sounds and plays great! I love the fact that it has Luminlay inlays so I can see what I'm doing in the dark and the fact that I can choose to have the strings either go through the body or traditionally anchored on the bridge. I am also a big fan of the EMG pickups and the fact that I have total control over my sound.

Great work on the bass Jeff! I definitely foresee ordering a custom bass in the near future from you.

The CT is gorgeous. I am highly impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Love the offset “mother of pearl” markers and am finding the neck to be an absolute joy to play. I am not one to use much tremolo, but the Bigsby trem attached works well and it does NOT throw anything out of tune. Plus, it adds so much to the look of the guitar. I am really falling in love with the CT as I break it in and learn where each and every tone is that it has to offer. Jeff is great! Customer service is 10/10.

I have officially had the guitar for a month now and wanted to share my thoughts on the guitar!

First off, the guitar is one of the most exceptional guitars I have played. This guitar easily stands above guitars that are well above the price point. Quality/attention to detail does not go unnoticed. From the intonation/playability, to the finishing touch's on the frets, glow in the dark fret markers (game changer) paired with the finish quality.. WOW! There hasn't been one person who has seen this guitar and not had there jaw hit the floor. it hits all the marks execptionaly well in the areas of price, QA, tone, & feel!

On the spiritual side of things: getting to lead worship on a tool specifically made for worship is nothing short of powerful. I won't go into exegesis on the importance of that so I will save the sermon for another time, lol. Just know that the heart, mission, and intentionality put into these builds is massive to the Kingdom!

Already have plans to get a T style guitar next from you guys!

Guitar arrived yesterday and i am having a blast getting to know it. So far my main highlights are:
-The balance- no neck dive
-The set up and fret work
-The tuning stability of that bigsby
-Contour at neck pocket allow seamless access to upper frets

All in all, I am super happy and enjoying this fully and got to play it last sunday and received some positive feedback on the tone from some members in the audience. The playability is excellent and already feels like home!

I am very satisfied with the tone. The guitar feels great to play and sounds great both clean and driven. I mainly play worship music, and I can say that this guitar excels in a genre where you need plenty of versatility.

The model CS is my go to for Worship guitar. Great tone, easy to play, and great tone options, which is a must for worship music. I’ve always be a strat guy. And this allows me to get all the tones I’m looking for on any given Sunday service.

This is such a fantastic guitar. It plays great, and I like that the specs are a bit different than a typical fender style guitar. I think the 12in radius and 25in scale length paired with coil splitting humbuckers makes this a very versatile guitar. And the gold is just a great color.

I really like it! It looks great, feels great under the fingers, and is incredibly comfortable to play! Almost immediately, it felt totally natural and like an instrument that I had been playing for a long time!

The fit and finish is great, too! Fret work is excellent, paint looks so good, and setup was great right out of the box.

Because the guitars are almost exclusively preorder only... I would suggest an email update every 2-4 weeks, even if it was "Sorry, we have no updates at this time."

Jeff, the guitar is great. Received it last Tuesday, used it in rehearsal on Thursday night and used it live on Sunday. Sounds great, plays wonderfully and as I continue to dial it in, I expect it to be my go-to guitar on a weekly basis.

This guitar absolutely amazing. The build quality is top notch. The tuning stability is probably the best of any guitar that I’ve played. I’m seriously impressed with this instrument. I chose stock pickups and they do not disappoint either. When you play this guitar, it’s obvious that there is a lot of attention to detail. I can’t recommend this guitar enough. I find myself not being able to put it down. Every other guitar that I own has taken the back seat. Five stars all the way.

It’s a phenomenal bass I love how fast the neck plays and how comfortable it is in my hands the color I acquired is also very pretty and I have received so many compliments of the look and sound to the point where many of my friends now have an interest in Citizen Guitar Co

First off - wow. I’m blown away by the quality of craftsmanship that has been put into this guitar. I’m super picky about guitar necks and I have to say this is one of the best if not the best I’ve ever played on. The guitar overall is super comfortable to play, oh yeah, and it sounds amazing! Y’all took what was great and made it even better. Compared to a fender the scale length y’all use really improves the playability and eases the string tension which is a huge plus when playing for long periods of time. You knocked it out of the park!

This guitar is great! Everything about the C2 is comfortable. The weight distribution, body contours, upper fret access, and control layout all feel very natural. The tuning stability and intonation are spot on. Additionally, the neck profile is conducive to easy playing. The Model C2 is a pleasure to play every day.

I absolutely love this guitar!!! You’ve done something special with the C1. I can tell you have spent a lot of time and care perfecting your craft. I am so excited to use this thing any chance I get. The neck profile is amazing and the pickups have a snappy, juicy tone that none of my other guitars have. The offset body shape and the bigsby are the icing on the cake of this unique beauty. Can't wait to see what new sounds this guitar inspires. I would 100% recommend this instrument.
